Is the site always available?
The WebZone4 site is always available.
However, from time to time the Administrator may turn it offline for major upgrades.
A message detailing the status of the site will appear at that time.
Is the site content copyright protected?
All the items contained in the site have copyrights.
Click on the “Legal Disclaimer” link on the footer bar (at the bottom of every page) for full details.
Is the site updated regularly?
The WebZone4 site is updated weekly.
Upgrades and new features are constantly being added.
Can I comment on the site or make any suggestions?
If you wish comment on how you like the WebZone4 site, or if you want to make any suggestions on what we can add or include, feel free to drop us a note on either the “Guest Book” or by “Email”.
Does the site theme or appearance ever change?
The Administrator may change the WebZone4 site theme from time to time.
These changes typically occur during special occasions during the year.
FOLDERS
What type of files do the folders contain?
The folders contain a large variety of file types: text files, PFD files, spreadsheets, slideshows, photos, videos, audio clips, compressed files, or executable files.
How do I open the various files?
Simply click on either the title or picture of the file.
Most files will open within the WebZone4 site pages.
Some files will open in other windows or programs installed in your own computer.
An example of this would be a PDF file.
Can I download and copy any of the files shown on the site?
Depending on the browser being used to visit the WebZone4 site, you may get a pop up message that allows you to open or save the file.
Remember to check the details of the “Legal Disclaimer” on the footer bar (at the bottom of every page) before copying any content.
PANELS
What is the purpose of the side panels?
The side Panels are designed to make your site visit more pleasurable.
Some are purely informational accessories, while others are practical tools.
Do the panels ever change?
The Administrator can choose to change the availability or order of the side Panels.
The Panels may be hidden temporarily, or new ones may be showcased.
Are the panels always available?
The Panels will appear on almost every WebZone4 site page.
They site was designed to give you quick access to these tools at all times.
MEMBERS FEATURES
How do I become a member?
You can request to become a WebZone4 member by contacting the Administrator by Email. You must state your full name and email address, and the reason for wanting a membership.
What are the benefits of becoming a member?
As a member of the WebZone4 site, you will gain access to your own Private Folders area and other additional benefits.
How do I sign in?
Once you request to become a member, the Administrator will reply to your email and assign you a login username and a temporary password.
Can I choose my own username and password?
Once you are logged in, click on the “Edit Profile” link on the header menu (top right).
You will only be able to edit your password and email address.
Unless you request a specific username, the Administrator will assign one to you.
Where are the Private Folders?
Once you Sign In as a member, the “Private Folders” link will appear on the header menu bar (top right of the page).
Is this area secure?
This private area is totally secure, not accessible by anyone else except yourself and the Administrator.
What can I do with my personal folders?
The WebZone4 Administrator will ultimately decide what features and functions you will be able to access.
You will be given such choices as being able to download files, upload files, and exchange information with the Administrator.
How much memory space do I have for my folders and files?
You are limited to 25GB of space in total.
Will I always be able to access my Private Folders?
The WebZone4 Administrator reserves the right to delete your account and remove all your member privileges at any time.
You will be notified by email prior to your membership termination.
The Administrator also can add or remove specific features within your Private Folders area.
